Booking conditions
-A booking is binding once it has been confirmed and you have received a booking reference.
-You must be at least 18 years old to book a room or activity at Alcatraz.
-You who book the room for a minor are responsible yourself, whether you come along or not.
Rebooking guarantee
When booking a package you have the possibility to add a rebooking guarantee for SEK 25,- p.p. With our rebooking guarantee you can rebook your package free of charge to another date up to 7 days before arrival. This only applies to a date in the same season and subject to availability.
Payment and cancellation conditions
When booked, the whole booking amount is required. When booking online, you pay directly through Stripe. When booking via email or by telephone, you receive a payment link by email.
By cancelling within 24 hours before arrival: The full booking amount is due, there will not be a refund.
Otherwise, a fee of 25% of the full booking amount will be charged, when you paid the full booking amount, you will receive a refund.
In case of no-show or booking reduction (after arrival date), the full cost of the booking is due.
Rules of Conduct
In the hostel, the apartment and on our campsite, only those who are registered can use our accommodation. Announce visit in advance.
After 10 PM it should be quiet in the house and at the campsite. Those who come home after that should be quiet to consider those who are sleeping.
The cleaning of the room and hostel is done by the staff, but always leave rooms in such a condition that you want to find it yourself. In the kitchen you do the dishes and the bathroom is left clean.
There is a smoking ban in the building. You can smoke outside the main entrance.
Pets are welcome for a fee. Pets may only be kept in the room. Pets must be kept on a leash outside.
Room rules
Our accommodation is a smoke-free zone and it is therefore not allowed to smoke inside the buildings.
This also applies to the terraces belonging to the restaurant
Any damage to the room in the room must be reported and reimbursed by the guest.
Spend some time reading the evacuation plan posted in the door of each room and in the hallways.

Check in from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM
Check out by 10:00 AM
Please let us know if earlier or later check-in is desired.

If you feel that someone is not following the code of conduct, you can call +46 705820306 at any time.
If you have a complaint or otherwise feel dissatisfied, please report this to reception. We will do everything we can to resolve this.
We will be open as usual.
Our guests come with caravans, campers, tents or have booked the apartment or a room in the hostel.
As a guest with your own accommodation you have control over your environment and you feel just as safe on a campsite as at home.
